By challenging traditional concepts of what learning is in the workplace, my goal is to continually push the limits. Incorporating concepts such as storytelling, design thinking and user experience into how we create learning products provides our audiences with more engaging experiences. This leads to better cognitive retention and better efficiency that benefits both users and organizations.
These philosophies drive me to continually evolve what I do, push boundaries, and stay ahead of the game in order to produce better experiences for those around me.
